چکیده
This manuscript attempts to explore the macroscopic morphology microstructural aspects and mechanical properties of different laser welding speed power on 2.5 mm thick DSS joint. Through evaluation 12 groups samples with parameters, we found that optimal process parameters were a 6mm/s, 1.6 kW 8 mm/s, 1.7 kW. When heat input was 2.125 kJ/cm, content ferrite austenite relatively uniform, ratio close 1:1. We hardness weld metal zone slightly higher than base metal, an average value 330 HV. microhardness welded joint better other reaching 400 HV in zone. The tensile strength enhanced increase input, maximum 900 MPa. SEM analysis, fracture locations specimens all zone, had large number dimples, belonging ductile fracture.

متن کاملEffect of Heat Input on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties in Friction Stir Welding of HSLA-60
High-strength low alloy steels are a class of steels used in applications that require high strength and good weldability, including ship hulls, gas pipelines and oil industry. One way to build parts is fusion welding that create areas with a large grain size in the heat-affected zone and increased susceptibility to hydrogen cracking. One way to solve this problem is to use solid state friction...
